NatureWell Butter Substitute requires no refrigeration, yet also has a shelf life of 1 year at ambient temperature. Made from Palm vegetable oil which unlike many vegetable oils, is stable at room temperature and has a high melting point. There are no preservatives added. It is also low in trans-fatty acids, which can be damaging to health.
NatureWell Butter Substitute has many of the qualities of butter in regard to taste and texture, and the spreadability of margarine. Baking with this product will also give excellent results unlike many spreads whose water content is too high for successful baking.
Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg tubs.
